ITEM 1:

Diamond Grinding, Sanding and Removal of surface materials to prepare the surface for ultimate Epoxy Coating adhesion. Preparation by way of Diamond abrasion to remove surface latency, loose debris and contamination. Provide a superior keyed surface profile, aiding in adhesion of future coating.

ITEM 2:

Crack Repair and surface preparation Prior to Coat as required to achieve a seamless floor throughout all inclusive.

ITEM 3:

Application of Primer/Basecoat Epoxy Main Coat in client's choice of color - 

ITEM 4:

Broadcast Flake Floor Finishing System

Or any flake choice of client:

Sample of FLAKES shall be provided to client prior to installation to ensure color blend suitability. 

ITEM 5:

Application of Polyurethane Clear Topcoat / UV thane PLUS, in accordance with Australian Standard; to enhance Scratch Resistant and UV resistant properties of the finish surface.

OPTIONAL:

The above flooring system will have slip resistant properties of R10 (P3) in accordance with Australian Standard for safer floors.  

However, if requires; we offer a subsequent coat with incorporation of higher rating Slip Resistant (R11 or R12) to ensure floor safety at workplace (Extra Cost may incur).

 Garage and Workshop Tinted Epoxy is resistant to hot Tyre pick up and ideally suited to garages, workshops and high traffic floors. The Garage & Workshop Epoxy is available in many colors and finishing systems which are long lasting, decorative and functional with a slip resistant safety option. The system can be used for Prior to Coat installations such as coving and screeding as well as other surface preparation procedures. Flexi Mortar Epoxy can be used to fill the cracks, grooves and old control joints.

Manufactured by SHIMICOAT, the products are odorless, self-levelling, easy to apply and engineered to be ideally suited to Australian conditions.
